Hello Meenu Ranjan and Welcome to MySwissAlps,
Nice to hear you’re coming along with your family to the Bernese Oberland (be careful of the spelling!) 🙂

You can follow our expert Rockoysters suggestion of a roundtrip including the Trummelbach Falls, which you can combine with the hike in the following link:
“From Lauterbrunnen a very nice circuit to do is to Grütschalp (cable car), Mürren (train), Gimmelwald (cable car), Stechelberg (cable car), Lauterbrunnen (bus). From Mürren you can easily visit Schiltorn and Allmendhubel if you have time. In between Stechelberg and Lauterbrunnen the bus stops at the Trummelbach Falls. Well worth a look”

I would suggest going to Jungfraujoch on the day with the best weather forecast and starting early as it likely will be crowded, especially in the late morning and afternoon.
Interlaken and the lake cruise is closer to Lauterbrunnen so may want to do that on afternoon of visit to Trummelbach falls but could be done after Jungfraujoch if you get an early start.
I agree with Steph that Rockoyster’s circuit is a nice excursion.
