Welcome to MySwissAlps.
I'm sorry you had to cancel your Swiss Travel Pass. If you purchased through SBB, it usually takes a few days before the refund shows up in your account. Be sure to check for the email in your spam box. And I suggest calling them up again in a few days if the refund still hasn't gone through.
If you plan to get a new railpass, I recommend purchasing from the Switzerland Travel Centre, which is SBB's official webshop. This is geared more towards tourists.
