How many minutes does the train take from Wengen to Zurich Airport? I need to plan accordingly not to miss my international flight.
i think I have to be at the airport 3 hours ahead of the flight time for international flights.
I am worried with all the changes of trains etc .

The journey from Wengen to Zurich Airport takes about 3 hours. For international flights, generally you need to check in at least 2 hours before departure. If you flight is in the morning, I highly recommend spending the final night of your trip close to the airport or in Lucerne or Bern, which has direct connection to the airport and takes roughly only 1 hour journey.

Lucerne – Wengen route takes 3h 35mins with 2 changes: Lucerne – Interlaken Ost – Lauterbrunnen – Wengen.
Wengen – Lucerne takes 2 hrs 42 mins also with 2 changes, the same route as above (Wengen – Lauterbrunnen – Interlaken Ost – Lucerne).

You have already been lots of accurate information, but to clarify:
1) it is not possible to say EXACTLY how long any journey takes, as it often varies by a few minutes depending on exactly which connection you take

Enter the following information:
from: Wengen
To: Zurich Flughafen.
and your date of travel
This search will give you the results.
The journey time varies between 2 hours 59 minutes and 3 hours 8 minutes, with either 3 changes of train or 4 changes of train. you should choose one of the connections that is only 3 changes of train, so that you travel Bern – Zurich Flughafen direct.
For example:
The first departure in the morning from Wengen is at 05.04. Departing at this time will get you to Zurich Flughafen at 08.14. Change trains at Lauterbrunnen, Interlaken Ost and Bern
As you can see from my earlier answer and as others have said: with an international departure time from Zurich airport before mi-day, it really is not a good idea to stay in Wengen the previous night. You will be giving yourself too much stress. I highly recommend you stay in Zurich the night before your flight.

If you don’t have other plans that day and just have to get from Wengen to Zurich Airport: yes, you’ll have more than enough time. Let’s say you leave about 8am, then you’ll be at the airport by 11am.
So you can leave Wengen by late-morning if you like. Or leave early and add a short visit to Zurich (https://www.myswissalps.com/zurich), while leaving your luggage at the Zurich railway station (https://www.myswissalps.com/train/practical/luggage). You can plan whatever you feel comfortable with.
When we have been early in the day in Zurich with a late afternoon or evening flight, we’ve checked our luggage in for the flight at the airport before spending the day in Zurich. It’s the best free left luggage in town and saves time later.

This only works when you fly with any Lufthansa Group airlines (LX, LH, EDW, etc.). All other airlines open their check-in 2, max. 3 hours before departure.
