Hello All,

Could you please advise me how to book the meal at Glacier Express? We have already made the seats reservations, but failed to book the lunch. is there an option to add the meal to our reservation ? Or if we buy the meal right on board,what will be the price – same as online offer or differs?

Buy it on board. Price is same and you can decide on the day what you feel like eating.

thank you very much. next my question may sound strange, but do they accept bank card on board? I am asking because I have read that in small Swiss villages people mostly prefer take cash instead of bank cards.

I think I remember a credit card machine on board. Not 100%. I’d take cash to avoid going hungry. 🤓🍷

According to the Rhaetian Railway website, there’s a minimum of 20CHF on credit card orders. No problem, if you’re buying lunch. :^)
