Hi, I’m trying to book a train ticket for from Milan to Lugano.

I have a Swiss travel pass flex. But I do not know where to indicate when I’m trying to book a train ticket.

Please help as I’m traveling later at 1pm from Milan.

If you are using a day on your Swiss Travel Pass Flex then you just need to buy a ticket from Milan to Chiasso. The STPF covers you from there.
