Hoping you post a follow-up on any contact with Travelers Wi-Fi. I too have a global device reserved for late August into September and we're not planning on taking our trip at that time. We've begun the cancellation process with other reservations and I'm interested how it will work with the Travellers Wi-Fi folks.
