    Hi Arno-

In your comprehensive and thoughtful post, under item m #4, I do not see Traveler’s WiFi (hotspot).

    Any clues?

I booked a late May reservation a couple of months ago.

    Hi Slowpoke,

The post here is archived, and will no longer be updated. You’ll find the same links in our coronavirus section now: http://www.myswissalps.com/coronavirus/planning. Travelers Wifi is listed there too. They allow changing the rental period for 12 months with no costs. You can best get in touch with them, even if you don’t know a new travel date yet. Let me know if you have any issues.

    Hi Slowpoke

Hoping you post a follow-up on any contact with Travelers Wi-Fi. I too have a global device reserved for late August into September and we’re not planning on taking our trip at that time. We’ve begun the cancellation process with other reservations and I’m interested how it will work with the Travellers Wi-Fi folks.

    Thanks!

I just contacted Travelers WiFi via the email I received from my original booking to change the dates since I rescheduled my visit from June to August. They responded quickly and made the changes without any problem or extra fees, etc.

    Hi Annika-

I replied to the link on my Traveler’s WiFi reservation confirmation. My reservation was moved to September within a few minutes.

The policy of the company is one year coverage for no-fee changes after the reservation.

Next challenge will be in September…probably won’t be able to make that trip, either.

    We’ll see.

You don’t think travel will be possible in September?

<<“You don’t think travel will be possible in September?”>>

That is not what I wrote. I wrote that I shall probably not be able to make the trip in September.

If I’m understanding this correctly, free changes up to a year from the original date of the reservation.

    No refunds available?

    Thanks

    <<“No refunds available?”>>

    I did not ask.

Check the link that Arno gave.
