How to cancel my Swiss Travel Pass?

    Hi,

    In July i Purchased Swiss Travel Pass during the discount with free cancellation. I have been all over the site and I can’t find how to cancel. I sent an email they said they will respond in 3-5 business days. Just wondering if I am just overlooking something on the site.

    To request cancellation, you should contact them by email and provide your booking details. You can find the contact information here: http://www.myswissalps.com/aboutus/partners/happyrail

    In general you should get a respond quickly if you contact them within office hours.
