How to change start date of Swiss Half Fare Card?

    Hi,

    I just want to ask if it’s possible to change the starting date on the Swiss Half Fare Card we bought from SBB. If yes, what do we need to do? Instead of March 21, we would be arriving a week earlier (on March 14).

    Hi Matmat,

    They will have to cancel the current card and issue a new one with the correct date. If you purchased via the SBB tourist web shop, please find contact details here: http://www.myswissalps.com/aboutus/partners/sbb.

    Maybe, maybe not, it will be the retailer deciding on that! I recommend you contact them and see what they say.
