We have paid for the Swiss Travel Pass Flex but did not receive any confirmation of purchase.

You can best contact the company you purchased from. However, I might be able to provide some details if you let us know where you purchased, when you purchased, and what the start date of your pass is. A list of retailers can be found here.

Thanks for your feedback Arno.

See attached for the site site we bought from as well as the only document we received.

Our Swiss Travel Pass Flex is for 4 days to start from 27 May. We abought on 11 May and due to depart from Malaysia on 25 May. Payment has been charged to our credit card immediately we submitted our purchase.

Due to some miscommunication we just realised the confirmation of purchase has been received. My apologies for any confusion.

Nonetheless, how do we find out when it will be reaching us, as the confirmation did not indicate the expected date of delivery, bearing in mind that we will be leaving before end of May 2017. Attempts to source for their contact details from their website has not been successful. .Do share and assist where possible. Thanks.

Hi Judy,

Great, so you purchased from the Swiss Railways webshop, and the order has been received by them. Shipping to Malaysia should take about 5 days. Things look fine to me. If you want to contact them to be sure you can find contact details here, and contact details should be on the confirmation e-mail as well.
