    Dear Team,

I am travelling to Switzerland from 25 May 2018 till 01 June 2018.

i plan to purchase the 8 day Swiss pass for myself and my family.

how can I purchase Swiss rail pass for myself, my wife and my two children aged 8 and 11?

    Also,

Are the online charges less expensive then to purchase physical tickets over the counter?

    Also,

I want to take advantage of the discounts offered by Swiss pass on tickets prices to glacier 3000 and Mount titlis.

Are these offers valid only on online purchase of the Swiss pass, or offers are valid on over the counter purchase of Swiss pass too?

    kindly help.

    Thank you.

    Regards,

    Nitin Agarwal

    Hello Nitin,

Welcome to MySwissAlps! You’ll find up to date purchase options of the Swiss Travel Pass here: http://www.myswissalps.com/sw isstravelpass/price. As you can see there the quickest option at the moment is to order through https://www.happyrail. com/en/pass/europe/swi tzerland/swiss-travel-pass-consecutive. You’ll receive your passes within half an hour, and it is slightly cheaper than buying at the counter. For your children you need to order the free Swiss Family Card from the same page.

I would in any case recommend to buy online as that saves you time on arrival, and also you can print as many spare copies of the pass as you want. So lost or even theft is no problem. All the other retailers on that page are perfectly fine as well, but in your case I’d recommend the quickest option.

For Titlis, please see http://www.myswissalps.com/ti tlis/tickets. You can order the discounted ticket from the same website: https://www.happyrail. com/en/pass/europe/swi tzerland/panoramic-trains (pick Titlis from the drop-down box). Glacier 3000 tickets are available there as well. You’ll get the discount at the cable car station counter too if you show your Swiss Travel Passes.

    Have a good trip!
