How to get to Mt. Pilatus in November?

    We will be in Lucerne from Nov. 23 to 25. I see the cogwheel is not in operation at that time. Would you recommend seeing Mt. Titlis instead? We are spending a day going to Jungfraujoch as well.

    You will need to take the cableway from Kriens to reach Pilatus at that time of year. Take a #1 bus from Luzern Station to Kriens Pilatus Zentrum and follow the signs to the cableway base station. It’s a 6 – 8 minute walk.

    Indeed there are two ways to reach Pilatus and both are never scheduled to be closed at the same time – so it is always accessible. http://www.myswissalps.com/pi latus/gettingthere
