Hi natashap,
It is certainly a long day for you but doable. I’d visit the Cliff Walk at First and Jungfraujoch first, then if you have time you can visit Interlaken or just go back to Lucerne if it has become too long of a day for your family.
The stroller should be fine everywhere – if it can be folded up it may be a bit easier taking it on the train to Jungfraujoch.
Use the SBB timetable here to plan the trips.

Hello Natashap,
I’d recommend to skip Interlaken unless you have clear goals of what you want to do/see there. It’s not really a sightseeing town: http://www.myswissalps.com/in terlaken. Perhaps plan that at the end of the day and skip it if time or energy is all used up 😉

I would guess the average time is 1.5-2 hours at each spot.
I can’t say about the weather…when are you traveling? You can check before you go:

I can’t say for sure. Usually those tickets are set for that date only. I would email your travel agent and double-check.
