    Hi all,

we are a family of 13 adult (6 in age group of 55-60 rest all young) and 2 children and planning to visit switzerland in june 2017. I m preparing a detailed itinery for the same. With stay at interlaken (it was a family decision to stay only at interlaken for 9 days). In this post i want your suggestions only on one day itinery i.e. Interlaken to titlis

i plan to take the 8:04 train from interlaken ost and reach engelberg at 11am. I will take the meiringen and not the bern route.

Post tat we will take the rotair to the top.

My questions : around how much time is required to fully enjoy at the top?

can i cover few more things (lucern city tour) on the way or just restrict myself to titlis for tat day.

any specific things that i should do at titlis?

We are buying the swiss pass for our entire period of stay.

    thanks in advance

    Hi Dharmesh5,

I would suggest restricting yourself to Mt. Titlis for the day – especially as you are in Interlaken for 9 days and can easily visit Luzern (local German spelling) on another day. But you could visit it the same day if you are up to it!

Take a look at our webpage here for information on what to see and do in the Mt. Titlis area – a lot of choices so hopefully everyone in you family will have something to enjoy!

The length of your visit really depends on what you want to do while you are there.

    Regards,
    Lucas

Thx lucas. I will do only Titlis on this day. I will not try to include Lucerne on this day. So my day is planned for this day.
