Is First Glider open in early spring?

    We will be in Grindelwald for 2 days in early April 2023. Will the First Glider be open then? And how about the toboggan ride in Pfingstegg, when will it be open in 2023?

    First Glider is open summer and winter too (this year: 18.12.21 – 23.10.22), with a note: ‘Subject to change at short notice due to the current situation.’

    In April expect some snow on Grindelwald First and also cold weather. Learn more about the weather in April: http://www.myswissalps.com/besttimetovisit and http://www.myswissalps.com/weather.

    Toboggan run at Pfingstegg will be closed, it opens only somewhen mid-May. You cannot get to Pfingstegg in April. For the details, please see: http://www.myswissalps.com/pfingstegg/gettingthere.

    As you are going to travel during the off-season, please make sure to check all the opening times for the mountain transports to avoid closures.
