    Hi Team,

I am planning to spend 4 days in Switzerland and I am going to buy Swiss Half Price Fare Pass.

I have some confusion regarding the same.

    1) I don’t want to stand in queue at station. If i buy tickets online , will I be eligible for 50% discount as I will be having Swiss Half Price Fare Pass.?

    2) Will Online Purchased tickets be “Open Tickets” ( means I can board any train on given route on that day)? If by luck, if Train is missed, Can I board next train?

    i.e I will be travelling zurich- luzern ,lucern-interlaken, interlaken-spiez route/

    3) Do I have to book reservation early for mt titli cable car?

    Hi rambop91,

    1. Yes, you will get the 50% discount as you’re traveling with the Swiss Half Fare Card.
    2. Yes, when you miss a connection you can hop on the next train. On your chosen route you can hop on hop off whenever you want.
    3. I wouldn’t do any reservations for Mt. Titlis in advance. If the weather is bad it might not be worth going up. You can purchase tickets on the day of your visit.
