Hoping to visit the Jungfrau region soon. Better to visit in mid July, or early September??

    Hi Mhammond48,

July to September is considered high season in the Jungfrau region. In mid September it gets especially crowded during the Jungfrau Marathon so you might want to take note of that when making your plans.

    Hi Mhammond48,

I would prefer September! Then there are fewer tourists, it’s not as hot as in July and the sky is bluer for beautiful photos 🙂

    Have a great trip!

Love, love being there in September. We always try to plan to be in Lauterbrunnen during the Jungfrau Marathon. It is great fun and I have never noticed it impacting our travel. Have a great trip.
