Hi Amberhacking and welcome to MySwissAlps!
The tickets would be the same price (you get 25% off the trip from Wengen or Grindelwald). You can buy tickets at a station or online here: http://www.myswissalps.com/ju ngfraujoch/tickets
If you buy online for a specific day then make sure you will go that day regardless of the weather (or wait until the forecast looks good before buying).

Ok thank you.
does this pricing differ from online – buying at a station? It’s not more expensive to buy at a station?

In Switzerland, online or at the station, the tickets are the same price. Though some online retailers may offer small discounts on rail passes – usually just a few Swiss Francs.

Hi Lucas,
I had a follow up question to Amberhacking’s question. Is there a limit on how many tickets will be sold for Jungfraujoch and other excursions on a given day? If I do plan to buy the tickets at the last moment at station instead of online (so that I can be sure of the weather), am I sure to get a ticket?
Regards

Hi Abdul,
Usually tickets can’t sell out. But there’s an exception on peak days, particularly for Jungfraujoch. Please see the first link in Lucas’s first post for an explanation about this.

Another question- if visiting jungfraujoch in December, can you go tobogganing? Also is tobogganing in Grindelwald open in December?

Tobogganing could be open in mid-December. It all depends on the snow conditions.
Here are a couple options from Interlaken and Grindelwald:
