    Thanks Alpenrose. Very useful information for getting around Grindelwald. The trains seem easy but it is a little more difficult understanding the gondolas and cable car (routes and pricing). The Mannlichen link will be helpful as well as your breakdown of alternative way to get to Shilthorn. I will need to spend time looking at the hikes on the Mannlichen link. I’m sure when we get there we can get a good map too.
