We are planning to go for holiday with out 5mons old baby on October to Lauterbrunnen from England by car. Do you think travelling is possible with a 5mons old baby? We’ve been to to switzerland twice already, mostly travelled bern, lucerne, zermatt, geneva, zurich but without a baby. If its possible, can anyone help us with itinerary which is feasible with a baby?

    Hi maciejjacek,

I think the only restriction is how high up the mountains you go. There can be issues with thinner air for the baby once you go above 2500m. It is best to consult a doctor before you attempt anything like that.

Otherwise, you can take your baby wherever you want to go! Is there any specific concerns you have with traveling? We don’t make itineraries here. It is best to start with the following pages to help you decide where you might want to go:
