Lucerne-Interlaken Express at 7:05 AM in December

    Hi, we plan to take this train at 7:05am on 8th Dec 2017. Just wondering is it too early to enjoy the scenery?sunrise around 8am in Dec?

    You will probably miss the lake and mountain scenery between Luzern and the Brünig Pass, due to darkness, but might have a good view of the descent from the Brünig Pass to Meiringen. By the time you are travelling along Lake Brienz, you should be able to enjoy that view fully.
