Hello. I will have a Swiss Travel Pass and will need to Travel from Lucerne to Milan. It is my understanding that I will need to book only the portion from Chiasso to Milan, and can do this ahead of time as well as get seat reservations. Is this correct?

    Thank you.

Hi travelfree and welcome to MySwissAlps!

Yes, you are correct. You can buy tickets and make a reservation if you want (needed for some trains) from Chiasso to Milan here.

If you haven’t already bought your Swiss Travel Pass you can buy them online here and have a printed at home copy so you can just jump on trains as soon as you land in Switzerland.

    Regards,
    Lucas
