MySwissAlps.com features ads, commercial and non-commercial Lugano to Zermatt

On 11th July we wish to travel by train from Lugano to Zermatt, staying overnight and then on to Vevey the next day. I have not been successful in booking tickets for this or really know the best route with the least changes. When are tickets available and which route would you suggest ?
