Luzern to Interlaken Express reservations

    Hi,

    I have read on other threads that a reservation on the Luzern to Interlaken express is not necessary but wondering if it would be a good idea if you want to ensure you get a seat by the window on the best side of the train for your trip? I will be travelling early September. Thanks.

    Most likely not necessary especially if you are waiting on the platform to board once the train pulls in. But if you feel the need go here.

    I very very much doubt you’ll have a problem getting a decent seat in early September. The trains run every hour, have plenty of seats and you are after the main summer season.
