Klein Matterhorn excursion length

    Hey rajeev again

    we are planning a day trip to zermatt from interlaken. is it possible to do klein matterhorn in one day? how much time will a round trip take if we don’t plan any hikes. is matterhorn glacier paradise and klein matterhorn the same place? please enlighten us about matterhorn as there is too much confusion . Thanks

    Hi rajeev,

    You can read all about Klein Matterhorn on our web page here. It is a great viewing point for the Matterhorn mountain itself. It is the same as the Glacier Paradise yes. 🙂

    The gondola up is about 40 minutes (timetable here) and I would expect you would be up there for maybe 2 hours without any hikes. Hard to say, you may finish in an hour.
