Hello Ashwani02,
Welcome to MySwissAlps!
The roads should be clear of snow to drive, unless there is a sudden snowfall overnight. However, one of the recommended routes will include the section: Thusis-Albula-Davos. This might close down in case of snowfall. A safer alternative in that case would be: Thusis-Chur-Landquart-Davos. Be sure to check out these links regarding driving in Switzerland and in the Alps for your reference:

Good luck driving!

Unless you are driving during or immediately after a heavy snowfall, main roads in ‘lower altitude’ areas of Switzerland are kept clear under normal circumstances, as are the key mountain passes that are either (a) the only way to reach a particular place or (b) not the high altitude ‘summer only’ ones or (c) the road is used by an all year round bus route
The normal route you would take for Milano – Davos is
Milano – Bellinzona (A2 motorway in Switzerland)
Bellinzona – San Bernardino – Thusis (A13 highway) this is kept open in winter as there is a tunnel under the summit of the pass
Thusis – Tiefencastel – Davos (regional road). Beware that the latter is not signed or designated Albula as Suzanne says (probably confusion caused by bad labelling on Google maps)
For Davos – Genève you would have to go round the Motorway route Davos – Landquart – Zurich – Bern – Genève

I think that Suzanne simply mentioned the area you’d be passing through (the Albula valley), not what’s on the signs. Following the signs to Davos, or a good navigation app will do.
Anyway, it’s a great scenic drive. Do be careful on those roads; Suzanne’s links will help you prepare.
