Milan to Zermatt using Swiss Half Fare Card

    I will be traveling from Florence via Milan to Zermatt 1st May and wondered when booking my ticket what border town do I use for my booking to use my swiss half card

    Hello glendamaej and Welcome to MySwissAlps,

    Going to Zermatt from Milan you would normally enter Switzerland at Domodossola.

    If you use the Swiss Train Timetable (http://www.myswissalps.com/ti metable) to purchase the ticket for Milan to Zermatt on-line you just nominate a half-fare reduction for the Swiss leg of the journey and the pricing will be taken care of automatically.
