Mt. Titlis or Glacier 3000: which one to choose?

    hi. all moderators

    can you please suggest out of this 2 peaks – mt. titlis / glacier 3000

    which should be given priority and why.

    Hi dr. Sanjay,

    The most important factor is where you’ll be located. I’d pick the mountain top that requires the least amount of traveling time from your base town. Please consult the timetable: http://www.myswissalps.com/ti metable. You can also compare through our Titlis page and the Glacier 3000 page.

    i have 3 nights at interlaken and 4 nights at leucerne

    now pl. suggest

    Hello Dr. Sanjay,

    I’d visit Titlis while based in Lucerne. I think it’s more impressive and it also takes less traveling time. But you can compare the options yourself through Annika’s links, and see what you like best.

    is there always snow in Mt. Titlis all the year ?

    Yes, at the top there is always snow (not that you would be trudging through it however!)

    There is also a glacier to visit for snow sports in the summer as well.
