Best rail pass for Switzerland and other countries

Hello,

Planning a Switzerland trip next year.

1.Zurich-Rhine falls-Zurich

2.Zurich- Lucerne

3.Lucerne- Mt. Titlis-Lucerne

4.Lucerne- Pilatus-Lucerne- Interlaken

5. Interlaken- Jungfrau-Interlaken

6.Interlaken- Paris

Would like to know which is the best train pass to choose for my above itenar???? Since I am traveling to other few countries thought of buying EURORAIL PASS but my confusion is can I cover all the above places with EURORAIL PASS ?? Or should I go with Swiss pass.kindly guide me to plan my Switzerland trip. Thanks in advance

Hi Kavineehar and welcome to MySwissAlps!

Yes, your options would be the Swiss Travel Pass and then a regular ticket to Paris or buying a Eurail Pass. It will depend on the amount of train travel you do in France as well as any other countries you are visiting.

If just one train trip to Paris then the Swiss Travel Pass makes more sense as it gives better discounts in Switzerland. Tickets to France, if bought far enough ahead can be pretty cheap. See links below for more details.
