Hello Anjupraj, thanks for joining MySwissAlps!
Yes, there are Nightjet trains from Budapest-Keleti to Zurich. They depart from Budapest at 20:40 and arrive in Zurich the next morning at 08:20. They're visible in the general Swiss timetable: https://www.myswissalps.com/timetable.
There are many websites at which you can book such tickets, and I do see restrictions via several of them. I've checked a few of these options: https://www.myswissalps.com/traintickets/austria. This one seems to work, but only for a regular seat and not for couchettes or sleeper cabins: www.thetrainline.com/trains/europe. The same happens when trying though the official Swiss timetable (https://www.myswissalps.com/timetable): normal seats can be booked, sleeper places can't.
The Nightjet website shows "No offers available" for whichever route, date and carriage type I try. So I suspect there's a glitch in the booking system or another underlying problem. Your best bet is to contact Nightjet directly, explain in detail what happens when you're trying to book, and ask how this can be solved: www.oebb.at/en/reiseplanung-services/kundenservice.
Good luck, and we'd be happy to hear what you've found out!
