Passport number missing in Swiss Travel Pass

    HI,

    I booked my swisspass from treinreiswinkel.nl. I received the passes over mail. But I found that my passport number is blank there. Is passport/Id number in pass is mandatory? Is there any issue I may face?

    Hi Som,

    Yes, you need your passport details on the pass. In this case, if those details are missing you should have a space to fill it in yourself.

    Also, in this case you may need to have your Swiss Travel Pass validated at a rail station before using it. Have a look at our information page on how to use the Swiss Travel Pass.
