I and my wife have bought Swiss Travel Pass and will visit Switzerland in June. I have reserved 2 seats on Palm Express PostBus on 15.06.2018 from St. Moritz to Lugano, and reserved 2 seats on Gotthard Panorama Express on 17.06.2018 from Lugano at 09:23 to Fluelen 11:47, then boat trip final stop at Luzern. But for personal reason I have to change my plan and will going to Zurich on 15.06, stay 2 night till 17.06. Could somebody help me-
1/ How to cancel reservation for Palm Express PostBus on 15.06.
2/ Is it possible that in 17.06 morning I could take speed train from Zurich to pick up the Gotthard Panorama Express in middle way rather than start from Lugano at 09:23. In which station (e.g. Bellinzona, Biasca) and at what time. Thank you.

1. You will need to contact whoever you made the reservation through.
2. Yes. Bellinzona is probably your best. Use the SBB Timetable (http://www.myswissalps.com/ti metable) to work out what timing works for you. The GPEX departs Bellinzona At 9:56 and Airolo at 10:52. Those are your only options.

When you get the email with your PostBus reservation, there is a link in it to use if you need to cancel the reservation.

Thank you very much indeed.
You will need to get IC831 departing Zürich at 07.32
It reaches Bellinzona at 09.18 giving you time for coffee (some nice coffee houses by Bellinzona station) before getting the train back over the top.
This is actually good, as you will experience both the new base tunnel and the old mountain route.
