Hi Jimcox and Welcome to MySwissAlps,

The cog-wheel railway from Alpnachstad to Pilatus Kulm is NOT operating. You can visit Pilatus at that time via the gondola/cable car from Kriens, which is a short bus-ride (Bus # 1) from down-town Lucerne. See www.myswissalps.com/pi latus/gettingthere

Rail links to RIgi (from Weggis or Arth-Goldhau) and to Engleberg (for TItlis) will be operating. See www.myswissalps.com/ri gi/gettingthere and www.myswissalps.com/ti tlis/gettingthere

You can check timetables at www.myswissalps.com/ti metable
