    Hi everyone,

The Pilatus cogwheel train seasonal start date is weather dependent. The Pilatus got quite a bit of fresh snow until a few weeks ago. This year the train will start operating from next Saturday: 18 May 2019. Have fun if you’re going!

More details about the trip are here: http://www.myswissalps.com/pi latus.

Thanks for putting this on. We will be there next month and plan to make that part of our itinerary so pleased to know it will be open.

Thanks and I am sure we will. Trains are fantastic for me as I suffer from vertigo and do not cope with cable cars too well particularly getting on and off when they are moving
