Pilatus, Rigi or Titlis, or two in one day?

    Hello, I have just onde day in Lucerne and I would Like to visit one mountain. Which is the best one to visit? And is it possible to visit two in the same day? Or should I rather see the town attractions in Lucerne first and then go to visit just one mountain? Thank you.

    Hi Mafilipa,

    Its best to read through our “what to do” page for Luzern (local German spelling) to see which mountain is best for you and what you want.

    I think Mt. Pilatus is the most popular mountain nearby – it also depends a little on when you will be in Luzern? Mt. Rigi,I hear, is very nice in the late Spring and Summer.

    Luzern is certainly a nice town and would be worth a few hours to explore before visiting one of the nearby mountains yes.
