    No I will be staying night in Zurich and catch flight next day evening. This way I can see a bit of Zurich. Rhine fall etc.

    If you actually have a few hours to spend in Chur, which is the oldest town in Switzerland, you may want to explore the old town center (on foot) and have dinner before taking a train to Zurich.

    Is their a major difference between Jungfrauch and Schilthorn? If i can do only one which one to choose?

    I think Interlaken/Grindelwald offers more paragliding options. Please see myswissalps.com/activi ties/sports as well.

    Yes, Schilthorn and Jungfraujoch are quite different. I can’t tell which is better; it’s really a matter of personal taste. You’d best compare for yourself through the pages I linked to and see what appeals to you most.
