MySwissAlps.com features ads, commercial and non-commercial Lucerne: rain forecast, Titlis, Rigi or Pilatus?

We plan to be in Lucerne March 9-12 and the forecast is rain. Does it make sense to go to try to go to Mt Titlis, Rigi and or Pilatus in that weather. We considered a day on one of the special trains like the Glacier Express for a day. Does this make sense and if so how should be go about getting to the GE from Lucerne?
