    Hello Everyone!

I will be coming to Switzerland this June 9-18th with my mother. This is a surprise trip for her. It has always been her dream to come to Switzerland, so this year I have decided to bring her. She will not know where we are going until we arrive at the airport for our departures. I want to ensure that this trip is full of fun things and sights for us to do. I already have all of my accommodations worked out, and a general idea about the itinerary. I would love any suggestions for items to add into it as well as places to eat in each city we are staying in. We will be traveling via rail and both have the Swiss Travel Pass. Any fun activity suggestions such as a chocolate making workshop/cheese making tour are appreciated as well! Below you will find the itinerary I have put together so far. To cover cheese and chocolate from the Montreux area you should take the Train du Chocolat on the MOB railway. This is a special 1st class train (runs Mondays – Thursdays in June) taking you up the steep winding incline from Montreux above the lake and over to Broc (Cailler chocolate factory) and Gruyeres (cheese)
