Post bus 631 Lugano to Menaggio – reservations?

    Hello, we will be traveling from Lugano to Menaggio on PostBus 631. I have reserved seats as this is also the bus that is part of the Palm Express and it says reservations are compulsory. We have the Swiss Travel Pass Flex…so I think that is all I need to do? Do I need a ticket as well?

    Hi OHGeologist,

    Yes, your Swiss Travel Pass Flex (completed for a travel day) and your seat reservations are all you will need.

    When you board the bus, the driver will have your name on a list, so just tell him or her your name. You probably won’t have to show your reservation.

    Seats are not allocated, so you can sit wherever you like. The descent into Menaggio is quite something, and the skill of the bus driver will impress you!

    Thanks, Alpenrose…this bus passes through Gandria as well…if we had more time I would have loved to stay there and just soak it up. I appeciate all your assistance.
