How far ahead is it possible to buy the pass on line ? We do not visit until next May but do like to be organised . Also is it necessary to nominate which days we wish to use it when applying ? We plan a 6 day stay and will go for the 3 day Flexi but as yet are unsure which days we shall need it .

You can order on line but not for electronic delivery.

You have to get the flex pass mailed to you. HappyRail does not charge for postage – http://www.myswissalps.com/sw isstravelpassflex/pric e

You nominate a start date and fill in the dates you plan to travel on the day you travel.

There is really no need to order so far in advance. They don’t sell out.

Indeed the passes don’t sell out, but as you must have the Swiss Travel Pass Flex mailed to you, you’ll want to give it lots of time to arrive before you travel. You may want to consider the Swiss Travel Pass (consecutive) as well http://www.myswissalps.com/sw isstravelpass unless you are sure you only need 3 days of travel during your 6 day stay.
