Purchase Swiss Half Fare Card through 0fficial SBB

    Hi! I tried to buy Swiss Half Fare Card through Official SBB site. I chose Online ticket. But after I entered my credit card information and proceed with payment, the screen returns to the shopping cart. It doesn’t say either “payment is failed” or “payment is done”. Does it mean I couldn’t buy ticket? I’m afraid that I might pay twice the price because I entered my credit card information twice.

    Hi lulumoon,

    I think indeedthat it means that you couldn’t buy a ticket. Otherwise you should have received a confirmation.

    Please try this link: http://www.myswissalps.com/sw isshalffarecard/price. The SBB ticketshop is listed on this page as well. It should work better than the domestic SBB website.
