    Hi

We’re planning to travel to Paris, Switzerland (Geneva, Montreaux, Lucerne) and then on to Austria (Innsbruck, Salzburg and Vienna) then back to Paris before returning home.

In Switzerland, we intend to go to Chamonix Mount Blanc; Interlaken Ost, Jungfraujoch (I am still doing my research for day trips). The trip from Montreaux to Lucerne is via Golden Pass.

My question: Given the amount of travelling we will be doing, would Rail Europe be cheaper than Swiss Rail? If we purchase Swiss Rail pass, can we use this travelling between Paris and Austria?

Thanks for the tips in advance!

    Regards, Bernie
