Hi Bindal10 and welcome to MySwissAlps!

If you are only traveling in the Grindelwald area (the Jungfrau region) the most economical rail pass would be the Jungfrau Travel Pass.

If you are planning to explore a larger area, you can look at the Regional Pass – Bernese Oberland.

With either pass you will have to buy a point to point ticket to get to Zurich from the passes border town, on your last day.
Both links for the rail passes will show you on a map what they cover as well and how to buy the passes.

The Swiss Travel Pass will allow you to travel almost the entire country without an extra cost (except a few attractions noted here).

The only way to know which is the most economical pass for you is to finalize a rough itinerary and do the math on point to point tickets vs. different passes. We have a web page to help you with that here – including an excel sheet. 🙂
