Regional-Pass Bernese Oberland delivery on Friday

    Hello

    I bought Bernese Oberland passes from Happy Rail today, and understood that as I ordered before 4.30 they would be sent by email today. I haven’t received them yet, and business hours are now over.

    Might they still arrive outside business hours? I need them tomorrow at the latest so am getting worried!

    Hi KateSS,

    Yes, as far as I know they should still arrive the same day if ordered before 4:30 PM CET (CEST) on Friday (note the timezone). They may still arrive today. Please share your order number so I can attempt to check with them for you.

    Hi Arno. The passes haven’t arrived overnight. I’m getting no reply from the email address or the telephone number for the help desk listed on this website. It doesn’t even ring out.

    Hi Arno. I’ve emailed Happy Rail and asked them to cancel the order as they have failed to deliver the passes. I won’t be using them again! If you are in contact with them, please could you notify them? Thanks for your help.

    I’m sorry to hear that. I haven’t heard from them yet either. Perhaps their office hours are more limited because of the corona crisis, but that’s a guess on my part. The refund shouldn’t be a problem. Feel free to let me know if you need more help. Enjoy your trip anyway!

    I just heard back from them, and indeed response times are longer because of the corona crisis, causing expected and unexpected extra work like cancellations. Your refund has been processed.
