Hi aman0505, and welcome to MySwissAlps!

If that is the only sector of the Gotthard Panorama Express route that you will be travelling on, you might want to consider taking normal trains instead of paying for a reservation.

Whether travelling on the official Gotthard Panorama Express service or not, the boat from Luzern to Flüelen cannot be reserved. Reservations are only for the rail portion of the trip.

If you are getting off at Göschenen, your rail sector is only from Flüelen to Göschenen. This is just a 40 minute trip, for which a reservation would cost CHF 12.

However, if you take the normal trains, they do not require reservations, and you have more flexibility in departure time, as the official Gotthard Panorama Express only leaves once per day.
