Hi,

We only have one day in Lucerne which falls on Saturday in the boat’s summer schedule,when we planned to do a round trip on the Lake for 2 or 3 hours. According to the symbols, I can’t decipher if we can find a trip during the day on Saturday. I plan on buying Swiss travel pass and am assuming this is a covered trip. Also do I need tickets in advance if indeed there is a Saturday excursion that works for us. We are taking the train to Grindelwald later in the day.

Hi Tahoegal,

The Lucerne boat cruises (https://www.myswissalp s.com/boatlakelucerne) run daily in the summer schedule so no worries there.

As an example though, on the schedule the 06:05 is marked with an A and only runs Mon-Fri. The 09:40 (with a cross symbol) is only Sundays and holidays.
