Several questions about SAC membership.

1.I will be staying in mountain huts, youth hostels and B &Bs, for 2 weeks, is it worth it to join SAC for the discounts

2. How long does it take to get the card in the mail. Can I have it sent to the hostel in Lauterbrunnen where I will be staying?

1. This has been discussed in your other thread.

2. I would think that is possible but you would need to contact them about it. By default they will send it to your home address as far as I know.

You mean because of the altitude ?

I think we should be fine.

I have been as high as 5800m ( volcano Misti in Peru) and my daughter should be fine at that altitude I think.
