Hi,

I will be in Switzerland for 6 days.

I have purchased half fare card. I have also purchased saver day passes for 4 days out of 6 days.

On June 20 and 21st, we will be in Zermatt.

I have done initial R&D and it seems the saver day pass is of no use within Zermatt.

I will be using half fare card for mountain railways.(Gornergrat etc.)

Please suggest if my understanding is correct or not.

Yes, your research is correct. The Saver Day Pass will get you to Zermatt but is not valid on the mountain transportation in the area.
