Depends on how long a day you want. Use the SBB Timetable (http://www.myswissalps.com/ti metable) to work out the travel time then add in how long you plan to stay up top at each.
It’s not something I would attempt in one day. But I’m old.

It takes around 11hours in travelling.
Is that correct?

Yes, a long day as I said. Especially when you add in sightseeing time up top.
If it was me I would concentrate on Schilthorn. Go via Bern. Then come back to Zurich via Interlaken and Luzern. If you have time maybe have a look around the lovely city of Luzern.
The scenery in the Jungfrau region is wonderful. From Lauterbrunnen a very nice circuit to do is to Grütschalp (cable car), Mürren (train), Gimmelwald (cable car), Stechelberg (cable car), Lauterbrunnen (bus). From Mürren visit Schiltorn. In between Stechelberg and Lauterbrunnen the bus stops at the Trummelbach Falls. Well worth a look.

Is it possible to club pilatus and titlis in one day?
I believe they both are very near…pls help

Yes. You need to train from Luzern to Engelberg to reach Titlis. Pilatus you need to bus to Kriens.
With STP Schilthorn is free. The other two are 50% discount.

I agree it would be unwise to try to do both in the one day.
The restaurant on top of Schilthorn is great and a most spectacular place to enjoy a meal or a snack.
Enjoy your travels.

You can enter the mountains into the Swiss railways timetable to plan out your day.
Check the weather to see which mountain looks best in the morning and go for that one, and then the other mountain after.
