    Hello,

We will be visiting Switzerland from 16-26th March. (First visit !!) Would we be able to take up the cable car from Murren via Interlaken – Lauterbrunnen – Stechelberg route. Will the narrow gauge trains and cabel car be operational by these days?

    Thank you!

That is awesome ! thanks Steph.

Would we also be able to walk down parts of it? The idea was to go up to Schilthorn, and then on our way back, maybe walk down from Murren to Gimmelwald?

    Hi

That may be possible, however it may be covered in snow. It is best to check the local weather conditions once you’re in the area: http://www.myswissalps.com/sc hilthorn

Perhaps others who have first hand experience may be able to comment as well.

    Maria.
