Just came across Schilthorn – Piz Gloria and it looks beautiful! As we will arrive in Interlaken at noon in winter February, I wonder would an afternoon or a morning be sufficient to see the place? Saw that the 2017 tickets are CHF 41.10 for Interlaken – Lauterbrunnen – Grütschalp – Mürren – Schilthorn – Stechelberg – Lauterbrunnen – Interlaken. Can I ask if we take Combined tickets, cable car ride and brunch. You can get special and reduced combined tickets for the James Bond 007 brunch (incl. cable car ride). Mürren –Schilthorn until 9:10 h. Swiss Travel Pass CHF 70.00 , then is the cost CHF 41.10 + CHF 70.00? There’s an overlap in the journey.

Another question is: Compared to Top of Europe, how different are they if we can only make it to one?

    Thank you.

    Hi Uallin,

Both mountains are great options – I don’t think there is a need to do both – perhaps save Jungfraujoch for the next trip 😉

There is an overlap in those costs if you have the Swiss Travel Pass yes. A half day is sufficient to experience Schilthorn.
